Events Confirmation Form

Please fill in the below form to confirm your event booking.


    Please read our terms and conditions below and tick to confirm you agree to them (required)


    – A deposit of 50% of the initial quote is required to secure your booking. We can only provisionally hold a date for 7 days

    -If you are looking to hire large items of equipment from suppliers eg photo-booth, sweet cart. Please check with us if this will be feasible as depending on the number attending there may or may not be space

    -We ask that parents or guardians supervise their children at all times due to deep waters around the venue

    -We do not allow guests to bring their own alcohol into the building. Routine searches may take place and drink will be confiscated.

    -No drug policy. Routine searches may take place and the guest will be removed from the event/police called.

    – Please note that you shall be required to pay for any loss or damage to the building and the fixtures, fittings and equipment

    -Smoking is not permitted on the upstairs balcony of the wedding venue.

    -If your guest numbers drop below the minimum requirement we can end the event/celebration earlier than initially agreed.


    More than 9 months notice- all monies returned apart from initial deposit

    6-9 months notice- 50% of total estimated value

    Less than 6 months notice- 75% of total estimated value

    Less than 3 months notice- 100% of total estimated value
